ITIL Foundation

The ITIL Foundation level is designed as an introduction to ITIL and enables candidates to look at IT service management through a BRAND NEW end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.

The Foundation level course provides delegates with an extensive introduction to the core concepts of ITIL. It helps your understanding of the ITIL principles and demonstrates how they can improve an individual’s work and the work of the organization. With the help of the ITIL concepts and terminology, group discussions, case study-based activities, and examples included in the course, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to enable you to successfully pass the ITIL Foundation certification.
