Course Overview

This ADQCC-approved course is designed for pest control technicians, focusing on practical skills and safety. Participants will develop a strong understanding of pest biology, the correct use of insecticides, and all associated safety precautions, including reading labels and inserting data. The curriculum also emphasizes proper tool and equipment usage, good communication skills, and physical fitness necessary for the role. The assessment ensures technicians can effectively examine infestations, apply Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques, carry out control measures, and restore locations while strictly adhering to health and safety protocols throughout the treatment process.
