Course Overview
This 3-day interactive workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC) based on international standards and best practices. Combining discussions with hands-on exercises, the program equips attendees with the knowledge to understand governance structures, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems. Participants will also gain insights into governance-related audit assignments within ADNOC, enhancing their ability to contribute effectively to organizational assurance and compliance functions.
