Course Overview

The Aim of the course is to provide concise deep insight of managing the incidents by rightfully identifying the underlying Root causes. This course of work includes the root cause analysis method identification which leads to results-oriented solution towards identification of the relative hidden causes that if not to be identified on time during Incident investigation, then they may generate reoccurrence of incidents.
